I’m Mark Tivey. I started this design-build practice in 1988 with a UNF Building Construction degree, a U.S. Navy and Army Reserve background, and a stubbornness about doing things right the first time. 37+ years later, I still personally manage every project I take on — from first sketch to final walkthrough.
